What a fabulous kickoff! I'm fascinated by altered books, but have always been too weird about actually altering one myself. I am so looking forward to seeing where that amazing spinner takes you this year. :)
I was a little weirded out about altering a book, so I bought a used copy of something I had no interest in. I felt better about recycling a book that would have taken up space in a used book shop or ended up in a landfill.
